My Pie Monday: Justin K.'s Summer Trio

A tasty-looking trio from Justin K., who says:

Here are three photos from a weekend pizza-making session. I'm proud to say that all the vegetables on the pizza — the tomatoes, herbs, kale, and eggplant — come from either my garden or our CSA share. We're certainly enjoying the summer season.

The first one [above] is a filetti, the second one [after the jump] is my riff (OK, slavish imitation) of Paulie Gee's Rooftop Pie, and the third [also after the jump] is sautéed eggplant, tomatoes, mozz, and hot sopressata.
