It was way too nice out Saturday to make pizza in the oven, so I fired up the BBQ and made this pie on the grill. First, I tossed the zucchini slices in olive oil and truffle salt and grilled them. Next I grilled the dough right on the grill grates and halfway through, I flipped it and added fresh mozzarella, the grilled zucchini, grated Parmigiano, and fresh basil. The balsamic glaze was a last-second addition. (Thanks, Matt!) What better way to kick off a BBQ with friends!
