My very first pizza cooked in my almost-completed wood oven based on the Forno Bravo Pompeii plans. I have been working on the oven since last fall and could not be any happier with the results. This one pizza made it all worth it. I used Jim Lahey's dough recipe, canned San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella and basil.
Congrats, Patrick. I feel like cigars are in order. Here's to many more pies to come.
