A few bits of housekeeping regarding My Pie Monday....

First, just a reminder to send in your photo if you got it! The earlier the better!

Second, a note on photo count. We LOVE the enthusiasm everyone has shown for this feature. It's by far one of the most popular posts of the week. But, man, the sheer number of pictures y'all are sending can get overwhelming! Please pick the single best photo of your pizza and send that one (1) in. I know, gift horses and mouths, but this will ensure that we get these posted in a timely manner and that we won't have a backlog of pies building up.

If you have additional photos of your pie and/or methodology that you'd like to highlight, this is the time to pimp out your blog, website, or photo-sharing account (Flickr, Photobucket, etc.). We totally don't mind if you link back to someplace online where you've documented your process in depth! ;)

Third: explainer text. See if you can shoot for about 120 words or fewer. Things Slice'rs are interested in range from the basic (cooking method, toppings, and any topping prep) to the more geeky (dough fermentation times, dough hydration, etc.). Remember to include any links back to more in-depth methodology and/or photos here!
