Whoa. Huge news for pizza hounds. According to azcentral.com, Phoenix's Pizzeria Bianco will be opening for lunch service April 12:
Those interminable waits at Pizzeria Bianco may be getting a bit shorter. That's because Tuesdays through Fridays, starting April 12, the acclaimed pizzeria will open for lunch at 11 a.m., and stay open throughout the day until 11 p.m.
Even more news: In December, the man, the legend, Chris Bianco, brought on another pizzaiolo to help out. Claudio Urciuoli will be handling the lunchtime pizza crowds.
We're guessing the daytime tables will be a little easier to get.
