Oh, I feel for our Jewish friends out there who are observing Passover, which started Monday night at sundown. No leavened bread for
seveneight days? That means no pizza. Oy gevalt! ... Or does it?
I think it's pretty much an annual tradition among pizza-starved Chosen Folk to make matzo pizza—simply adding some sauce and cheese (kosher, please) to a matzo cracker. In the video below, though, our friend Scott Wiener makes his own unleavened pizza crust, remaining within the spirit of the law because it takes less than 18 minutes:
