My Pie Monday: Tabisca Saccense, Carbonara, Hawaiian, and More!

The hits just keep coming on My Pie Monday this week! Norma lands a Greek pie home run with her re-purposed TXCraig1 dough. Jimmyg produces another Sicilian beauty from his bag of tricks, and tommyeats re-creates an inspiring pizza carbonara. In the spirit of the "new world" shimpiphany1 showcases corn, peppers, and tomatoes. Amusebouche1 features grilled eggplants on his leftovers pizza (of which there were surely none leftover). Going deep into flavor country, TXCraig1 pulls out all the stops with his "Hedonistic Shrimp Pizza." And Jkdrummer indulged the kids with a Hawaiian pizza, contrary to his NY sensibilities.
