TXCraig1 took the bait and integrated aleppo pepper onto his Calabrian chili pizza. If you're in need of a pizza pup photo of the day, Imwalkin sent a picture of Queen Sophia of Jambia with her birthday pie. Dmcavanagh made a little Sicilian flour break through this week, livefreeorpie introduced some brewing grains into his crust, and jumpyfroggy found that a wetter than usual crust produced desirable results. Mexican flavors top ESNY1077's "queso fundido" pie, Bierbeer made a garlic and clam emulsion sauce, and amusebouche1 tossed out the dough for his deconstructed Margherita.
