The galleries are filled with gorgeous pies this My Pie Monday! In the mix we have a return of the brussels sprouts and potato pizza that amusebouche1 contributed last week, with one small change. Imwalkin gets deeper into his Aleppo love affair with a "Zippy Margherita". And dmcavangh goes wild with three cheeses. Though that's not not nearly as crazy as thearrogantchef's onion ring topped pizza (which he gives dmc credit to for the suggestion). Summer squash and corn from the cob are featured on Girl Loves Pizza's grilled pie, BKMatt gets double smoke from meat and cheese, and Bierebeer goes back to the basics featuring garden fresh basil. Looks like Norma's been over using Ev's wood-fired oven to create a killer looking sourdough Neapolitan. And TXCraig1 provides a very convincing answer to last week's Slice poll with his Proscuitto topped pie.
