Welcome back to My Pie Monday! Several Slice're are topping their pies this week with the first garden tomatoes of the season, including Forzapizza, Npinto, and Bierebeer. But amusebouche1 is really highlighting the summer fruit with his cheddar crusted "Roasted Tomato Pie". The spirit of MPM sharing comes to life in Dhorst's sourdough pizzas, made with flour from her pal and ours, dmcavanagh. Norma delves back into the deep-dish end with her Girordano's pie and Imwalkin works some more wine into his dough this week. Speaking of wine, KLW07 pulls off a pretty nice prosciutto after getting two bottles deep. Ian and Colleen upgrade some grilled chicken into a buffalo chicken pizza and pnuge gets creative with some turkey chili topping. One of TXCraig1's all-time favorite pies (can you guess which?) is in there are well. And the inspiration behind Chris Bianco's famed Rosa serves as the inspiration for Mattivore's pizza. A great group of pizzas all around!
