Every week (Monday, to be precise) we're proud to feature all of our dear readers' homemade pies in a little thing we like to call My Pie Monday. We all love pizza, and there's no greater way to pay homage to the slice than by making one yourself. Whether you've laboriously built your own wood fired oven brick by brick, or you've used the same beat up pizza steel in the same beat up oven for 20 years, we want to see what you're turning out.
If you're ready to share, snap a picture before you devour your latest creation, and send it to us along with a brief description—how'd you make it? What toppings or dough did you use? What was your inspiration? Does your masterpiece have a name? Whatever you've got, we want it.
One last time, for good measure: just take one snapshot of your homemade pizza, briefly describe your cooking method, and follow these instructions to get it to Slice HQ by 8pm EST on Thursday night. Please title your email "My Pie Monday" and make sure to include your Serious Eats username.
Let's see those pies!
